Today is my birthday and the only wish I have is for SDS to respond to my month old ticket of not having the affinity series KeBryan Hayes. I have 100% of it all done and once I get him, I get Jackie and Mariano. But they haven’t answered yet. That’s all I ask for.

Good Luck. I opened a ticket on April 21st (Didn't receive my pre-order bonuses, never have received any email response, even after sending multiple follow-up emails over the next few weeks. I am a big fan of SDS, but the handling of these issues and customer service this year due to the horrendous first 6 weeks of this game has been just awful. I realize they were likely overwhelmed with emails, but then just say so.....just not responding at all or even any communication is not good. Hope you get your issue fixed for your Birthday......Happy Birthday!
