More Velocity=Less control?

SDS

Just a simple question. I was using 95 Dibble, who has 95 control on his fastball, and he has a larger grey circle around his fastball compared to pitcher Rizzo who has 60 fastball control.

SDS

I noticed this too. Corbin Burnes MA has 90s control on his Sinker, yet the pitching indicator is significantly wider than slowballers with less control

SDS

I mean it should be that way if you think about it… how many 100+ guys have fantastic control maybe Degrom? Another issue I brought up yesterday is stamina not lowering velocity after a while. I had Grochett up to 120 pitches in ranked yesterday and he was still throwing every fastball 102 and still had yellow stamina and dotting the black…

PAR is more affected by the BB/9 attribute then the individual pitch control. Rizzo has a slight edge 72 to 70

Imagine being able to throw 100+ and on top of that spot it perfectly wherever you want every time you throw it. That would break the game and would make fastball pitchers crutch, so I think this is intentional to keep balance in the game.

Makes sense

We need to introduce the sticky substance. Equip it on every team and 99 control with 99 velocity and movement.
