Monthly May cards are nerfed (CPU)

Jesse Winker has such poor power, on perfect perfects his balls die at the warning track and Brandon Crawford’s line drives just go straight into the infielders glove. Austin meadows has poor contact and his hits just find a way to becomes errors instead of base hits. I swear there is something in the CPU that prevents these cards from players getting these missions done. Unbelievable.

The cards aren’t nerfed.. that’s just moments and why many people (like myself) hate them.

Think thats bad? 8 tb moment 8 tries 30 abs couldnt got 5 twice and 6 once, skip it and go to crawford 11 bases in 3 games
Out homer homer single 9 bases in 1st game followed by lead off homer in 2nd game. you just cant win with these. -
Meanwhile, I hit three bombs with Crawford in his first game. Does not seem nerfed to me.

Crawford hit bombs. All the rest been pretty bad. And Kluber sucks. This is my judgement based on the moments and the ones I’ve used on rookie doing missions.

Nerfed in moments, yes indeed. Then doing missions on vet and all star I am destroying with Meadows, Crawford and Winker.

I hit 2 bombs with Winker in his first two abs in the moment and two in his first game.
The only moment i really struggled with was the Meadows one for whatever reason but the rest were fairly simple

Most mind-numbing mode in the game to me, especially the pitching ones. I’d rather do an entire showdown than a series of moments.

Out homer homer single 9 bases in 1st game followed by lead off homer in 2nd game. you just cant win with these.I had a very similar experience with Crawford. Two HR’s and a double in the first game, and a HR on the first pitch of the first at bat in the second game.

I’m about there too man. If it’s not a card I really want, I’m probably just going to skip from now on and cherry pick the easy ones.
I’d love it if the moments could be traded for more stat missions but SDS has a fetish with making their player base do moments for some reason.
I just got the game in the 2nd week of May and already like… “do I really care to get that Britton that much?” And that’s just 1 daily moment a day haha.
Guess last year just burned me out with them.

I finished the moments faster than I thought I would considering that there are 2 8 total base moments.
I have also been flying through the missions while playing conquest (finished Central Affinity and started 2nd inning)
I believe I am at 70 some points deep into the POTM program. Should be easy to finish it up.
I am somewhat shocked because I made a mission squad of all Topps Now players and then have been adding in the POTM players as I earn them and I have, in the three or four games I played with them, been outperforming my main squad.

I'm doing this for the heck of it. Just to do the mission for 15 HR's. Could take some time the way I have been hitting on HOF. Seeing more warp pitches lately. Played last week and won 4 straight games to get to WS and made 2 people quit. This week can't catch up to fastballs.
