3rd inning conquest map flaw?

I have captured every territory except the tigers strong hold. When I look at goals, it says I have only captured 5 of 7 strongholds.
Says 149/150 territories. But 5/7 strongholds.
Bug? Hesitant to beat tigers now bc I don’t want to have to do it again to get the strongholds this time.

Been discussed in other posts, it’s a visual glitch. Get that stronghold and map will be done.
