Keep losing ability to gain XP in DD

I'll start the game and will get XP for the activity I do first but then I won't get any more. I've been level 1 for a week now and have played every day. I didn't mess with sliders at all. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the game too. Nothing works. I'm playing on a PS5. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
