He's pretty terrible, I'd say every other TA 2 pitcher is better. I used him for one start in RS, lasted 3 innings. Same poor results offline against the CPU. Guys I do like:
Cabrera
Oswalt
Balazovic
Crochet
Gray
Webb (use caution here, but his stuff plays up if you're smart with him) -

Yes, thank you. I forgot to throw him in the mix. I've really enjoyed him so far too.

Rutledge does have the old (actual glitchy not what YouTubers call "GliTcHy") Chris young delivery point that used to be a pain in the [censored] to pick up out of the hand in 17 fwiw
