    SDS, it has been going on 6 weeks now without a resolution to my issue. I am missing TA42 collection cards (Heyward and Berrios) that are stopping me from finishing the Jackie Robinson collection. My ticket was opened on April 23rd and confirmed as modified on April 28 from SDS, but I have heard nothing since then. We are pushing 6 weeks now and although I am a fairly patient person, some sort of update or a resolution would be appreciated. Is there a way to escalate issues if tickets are being resolved out of submit date/order?

    I’m having the same issue with KeBryan Hayes and I’ve been on the forum for days trying to reach out to SDS. The devs simply don’t answer or even read our forums and it seems like our tickets either.

    Some reps read forums on the board as moderators. They respond to some threads too. While I understand that the backlog of support tickets is likely very high. I do not understand why missing cards from collections (unsellable cards) can't be resolved in balk. The game cycle is like 9-11 months. To be without cards I have earned for 10%+ of the total game cycle sucks.
