Does anyone know how to fix sound???

Does anyone know how to fix sound??? For some reason when i pick a pitcher no sound, when i click in menus no sound, when playing a game no sound like hitting or throwing etc. But it’s playing music in menus , and i hear announcers,

Main Menu -> User Settings -> Audio Settings -> Turn sound effects bar up

Just randomly happens sometimes
