Your Game has been forfeited

So I pause for a second to warm all my bullpen in events and it says game was forfeited. Didn’t get the invite or sent one.

I played 1 event game last week and the first time I paused to warm up a pitcher, the timer ran to zero seconds almost instantly. My opponent realized it and messaged me after asking if I quit. I did not lol
