PSA: If you pitch hit for your last bullpen guy, you have to throw to 3 batters with the position player before you can bring in a starter

Got caught twice with this in extra inning games. First time I thought it was my fault and I would be able to sub the players before the next inning. Second time, I tried everything after pinch hitting and it made me pitch to 3 batters with Justin Turner.
