There are a few threads under Diamond Dynasty and general discussion with this topic so every couple days I look for it to bump it to the top until somebody actually responds or knowledge is this issue
I don't understand why it takes so long thought, it really ruins the game for people who are close to Jackie
This company has almost zero communication with their Community unless they are selling packs or stubs. They get by on their content not their gameplay.
Jackie is probably the biggest content of the game. This should be an easy fix.
It should be but shows they either don't monitor the bug reports and forum or just don't care. Why would any non-sellable non exchangeable cards be able to be picked twice out of a pack? There is literally no reason to have two of these cards. The same issue will happen with season 2 affinities. Makes zero sense. Shows their quality control is a joke and probably non existent.
I dont understand how tickets go unresponded to. I sent one like a month and a half ago and i have nothing. It isnt related to this but still
Terrible customer service. They got our money and they are not held accountable for their inferior product.
I just want help man how can they be proud of this service

I just received a 42 series player from the NL central and I was going fast and accidentally selected Jayson Heyward for the second time (why is that even an option?)

Once all team 1 affinities are at 100% you should have every 42 series card in your inventory. Obviously not the market ones, just the non sellable ones.

Yeah this isn't a glitch. OP even admits he was going through the cards too fast and chose a dupe. As Forrest Gump said "Stupid is as stupid does".
Meh...we could back and forth about fault v fix. I am really big on people taking their time and paying attention, and couldn't SDS simply eliminate the card from the selection window once it has been chosen?

Mistakes happen to everyone. I heard that quite a few people are in the same situation as you. I hope they’re able to fix it for you.
This thread is incredible; some of these people who found the time to reply with pure negativity are the same ones who come asking for help themselves at times.
For the instigators, if you’re a child, hopefully you’ll learn better. If you’re an adult, hoping you find some love in your life cuz no one who does acts like that towards people.
