Any remedy for having picked a TA 42 card twice?

I accidentally took 42 Jesus Luzardo twice out of the AL West TA. I submitted a ticket weeks and weeks ago but haven't heard anything. Is this just something that can't be fixed? I have every 42 TA card now except David Fletcher.

Same here never got no Bichette I was picking quickly and didn’t realize I picked Santander twice

I picked Bichette twice. Never got to pick Giancarlo Stanton and now it’s impossible to get Jackie.

So has no one been able to do an exchange? I still haven't heard anything on my ticket.

I just put in a ticket for the same. For me though, I pressed Triangle to help me decide which card to pick, then Circled out and picked the card, but it gave me a different one, with no prompt to "Submit Selection." I just wish I knew what the turnaround time is on support tickets.

Apparently, a long time, assuming they aren't just ignored. I might submit another one. Do you mind posting here if you hear anything on yours?

I got a reply one month later. but it seems the helper was confused. and he said something weird. sent another ticket. everyone just keep sending tickets. it's the only chance we have!

I’ve sent like 15 tickets. There’s no hope these people don’t care.
