I'm beyond excited and happy they finally allowed us to quick sell and exchange the duplicate no sell items. More happy for the exchange part and I'm sure others want the stubs but at least now you can actually use them for something.

This won’t affect the market until roster updates start. Most people have a handful of dupe silvers locked, so maybe 1 gold or so doing the exchange. Not going to have an impact.

the change only affects locked duplicates, which is the cards from the unsellable TA packs.

If there is a rise it'll be transitory most people will nab a 5 to 10k stub boost, that'll be shrunk by the end of the weekend, imo.
Especially if they drop new packs today making more cards pulled
