Or you're playing more relaxed against the computer. That's a huge issue for me, I'm not as focused and I honestly play better vs people then computer.

I’ve been getting plenty of Perfect/Perfects in showdown since the patch, seems fine to me in that regard.

I mean, the only word I trust is my own when it comes to how the game feels. I don't mean that as saying you or mitch's word doesnt matter, but that I would rather base it off my experiences. Obviously I wouldn't expect you take my word on my experiences because they aren't yours.
I'm def hitting less home runs, but I'm still being rewarded for my good swings. To me it doesn't seem to be that drastic of a change.

Yes, pre patch I was doing well on legend playing MTO and the challenges. Now not rewarded for perfect anything.

There is no doubt a game play issue with the game overall. From pitches not locating, fielders just running by ground balls, outfielders not locking on balls and too easy to hit homers. I have Trout and multiple times he just hasn't caught the ball when its a routine play. The game inducing random errors on easy line drives with winning run on 3rd, thats insane the game deciding outcomes. It seems to me that we have this every year to a point but 2020 is game play wise pretty lacking, unrefined, unstable, unplayable and would get my money back if I could. My opinion is they spent too much time developing content, modes, the flashy cool novelty things and not enough effort on the heart of the game which is game physics/ game play. I think they'll get it where its descent but not what it could and should be for a platform thats been around as long as this one. Im not a great player but Ive played thousands of games on 16, 17, 18, 19 and now 20 and 20 is a huge disappointment.Which sux because I love the franchise but if the core game play is bad then its a bad game.

Add my 2 Cents: Hope Devs get this straightened out fast. After many years getting tired of being a test gerbil for the first couple months after a new release. Enjoyed playing the until yesterday and found it considerably fun and entertaining to play. Wanted to play a long session today but just not interested in going thru another day of frustration. For those of you not seeing any problem, great I hope we all get to enjoy the GAME with the same level of satisfaction soon.

I have no idea only thing i can think of is showdown scripting. If that'd happen to me i probably would've just broke everything in the house i could find then burn the house down lmao.
