Ballplayer error that doesn't let you go into dd or rtts! Please fix!!

I am trying to play rtts and dd recently but I have this problem and error that says "the show online: an unhandled exception occurred" this then doesn't let me do anything on the game so I have uninstalled than reinstalled and dd then works with my same team but my ball player rests, then I put on my equipment on my ballplayer and perks along with editing its appearance then I try to play with it and I get the same error and I can't do anything including go onto dd to play the game! SDS please fix this asap and just curious if this is happening to anyone else!!
