Does all your progress reset to zero once you lose two games? Or does the new path allow you to accumulate points as you move up?

The wins are cumulative for rewards I believe. It resets for the flawless programs, but any wins you gained prior to the second loss go towards the BR program.

Some missions are one shoters. Other with centers in players you can accomplish thru multiple runs
