With the Stalling's moment, restart it if you don't drive in 2 runs with him on that first AB. Makes it a tie game. Then, if you can't score in the next 2 innings it moves to extra inning rules which make it easy to score in my opinion.

Oh, I beat that one on like the 4th try. I just had to pinch run for his 1 speed and the cpu got all confused and I scored 4 runs...lol

Doing this now, and I stay in as long as Ross is pitching and I’m making progress because I can actually homer off him. Or if I’m down to 1 or 2 bases by the time someone else comes in.

Seems like a bad plan. You could hit homers in the 3rd and the 7th.
I only restart when it is impossible for me to get the number of bases required with the number of at bats remaining.
