Getting pulled in the 8th

It’s probably already been asked a bunch of times but how do I get the game to stop pulling me when I’m pitching a no hitter/perfect game. It lets me pitch 8 innings and we’re up by a bunch of runs but they won’t let me finish. My stamina is at like 38 base but with all the perks and stuff it’s closer to like 70 or something. Also I’ve heard you can change it with sliders but doesn’t that get rid of xp progression?

Sliders cut xp in half now, but the issue is your stamina , 70 will only get you in the 85 pitch range and if you get strikeouts that ain't enough

Nothing you can do. It’s cooked into the AI logic that as a young pitcher they are locking you into a pitch count or inning count. It’s frustrating because I should have 9 complete games with 8 shutouts at this point in this particular save file.
