Best closing pitcher CAP build, and best hitting Cap build.

I am wanting to start a create a player. I would either like to make a overall great power/contact hitter or a closing pitcher Cap . Does anyone have best builds to do for either of these ? Is it possible to make one of each? Any info would be appreciated. I used to make them in the past but have not looked into it as much this year. It seems more is involved than before?
