Contact Swing - Meta?

So i noticed yesterday, when i get to 2 strikes i only used contact swing and then i hit a HR
Next AB, i said, ill use contact instead, HR
Next 3 innings i hit 4 HRs using contact only
But it felt wrong, so i went back to Normal swing for a while and only used contact when 2 strikes down.
Is the game broken? I feel like "contact" swing has the bigger PCI but the "normal" swing hitting power - and maybe vise versa?

Yeah im thinking they'll fix it, hence me just playing normal swing. I dont want to win that badly that i want to cheat the broken mechanics!

I’ve used contact swing in this game 4 times...4 easy groundouts.

It was mentioned in the latest stream as something they need to address and hopefully they follow through. It's also very easy to recognize when your opponent is doing this as their PCI feedback shows an enlarged circle.

Contact swing is by far, the biggest flaw in online play right now.
