Why does it suck?
Stage 1 isn't going away. You'll still be able to complete it.
And I don't think they connected last year.

They were connected last year. You had to do 90% to get the highest rewards for each of the 30 teams

I hope not but also interested if they are saying you can still do TA stage 1 and stage 2 same time?

So basically your saying i could stop playing for 5 months come back and get free 99's from whatever the latest affinity is making them easier to obtain than people who grind the stages.

I like this cause the likely hood is that the collection mission will be points for collecting season 1 42 cards for a boast.
Team Affinity cards should remain unsellable, if you want then you have to grind for them

I have so many duplicates from all these free packs.

Last year they let us repeat the exchanges non-stop which is what a lot of us did so we didn't have to do this stupid mundane grinding. I wish they would bring that back. It's a way for them to make stubs as well thing is I would rather buy some cards to exchange them as opposed to plan Showdown Non-Stop

This. Alot of the 85-87 prospects were 5-8k and I bought alot of them to finish TA last year.

Would be nice to get a voucher or something towards S2 for completing S1 so I can feel like I didn't waste as much time grinding the hell out of those showdowns.

This is why I never assume something will go a certain way after last year
