Trying to Sell Willie Mays legend card

I have a Willie Mays legend card worth over 50K stubs on the market, but has the "No Sell" symbol. I do not play Diamond Dynasty and i made sure he's not in the lineup. The card does not have the "event" marker on it either.
Why can't I sell this card??

No sell doesn't mean he is a lineup. It means it's no sell. If I had to guess, that is the 42 series card you picked from the free thank you pack. You can't sell those.
