Pitcher energy/editing ranked season lineup

Hey there, I have a pretty good team of pitchers that unfortunately have very little stamina. This means that they are all completely depleted for multiple ranked season games when they’re in the rotation. I even bought Aj Burnett and he immediately lost all of his energy once I added him into my regular squad. How do I keep this from happening? I was also wondering how I could edit my ranked season squad. I can’t seem to find the option to do that. Thank you to those who respond, I’m sorry if it’s there’s a mundane solution and I’m just not aware of it.

AJ Burnett's stamina is low going into a ranked seasons game without using him at all? That sounds like a bug. If you are taking those cards into conquest they have low energy by design

If you switch out a low stamina guy, the new guy takes on the stamina level (number or % I'm not sure). So if your #1 is at 20% with a stamina rating of 76 and the new one has a rating of 105, the new guy will recoup faster by the time his turn comes, but he still has to have the days off.
