95, 99 whatever my idea is that players in the hall shouldnt have anyone ranked above them.

I'm sorry but many players in the HoF shouldn't even be in the HoF and they most definitely shouldn't be rated higher then many players in the game who aren't in the HoF.

In my opinion if you ask me all the players in the Hall of Fame should be maxed at either 99 or the highest cards honestly since the Hall of Fame is the highest level of achievement to get into in baseball I don't think there should be a Jason Bay that is ranked 99 over the people that are in the Hall of Fame then tears should progress down but still it's kind of upsetting when you see players from one season ago ranked higher than people in the hall like Maddox or smoltz, or babe Ruth or Hank Aaron those other guys that pay the way they should be maxed in the highest cards in the game. If you ask me all others should be just a tear below them either platinum level or just a cut below but again that's just my opinion....
Harold Baines is in the hall of fame.....

The title made me think you meant numbers were wrong because they still don't add up correctly. Like how have they not fixed this yet?? It's literally basic addition and yet most of my cards will have the wrong total. Whether it doesn't add the IE bonus correctly and/or it doesn't add the parallel levels correctly. Like my 88 guy with 4 parallel levels will be 91 or 93 or even 89. MOST cards still dont add correctly. Problems like this that are sooo simple and still not fixed (or even addressed by SDS) is what pisses me off. It's literally like "1+1=3 or 4 or 5 or sometimes 2 but who knows, math is so hard".
-
gaining a parallel level doesn't necessarily add a Level to your cards overall rating, it only adds +1 stat to all attributes. So each card's overall rating will be affected differently per parallel level gained.

My opinion is just the fact that the highest rate cards should be everyone in the Hall of Fame and then it should just progress downward from that I don't think anyone should be ranked higher than someone who is in the Hall of Fame just play in the simple because of the prestigious element it is a Hall of Fame player should be literally the highest rated card

That's just not how it works, hall of Fame is a terrible way to define things. Cards aren't always based on an entire career, If Nomar Garciaparra got a prime card, it would be a 99 because at his prime, he was producing at a hall of Fame level, but injuries kept him for the longevity aspect of the hall of Fame.

Well still that's just my opinion you know my apologies if it offended you but I just think I should be entitled to what I think but if you guys feel different just say so and I'll hit delete or I'll stop making posts

You are entitled to whatever you want to think, but so is everyone else, you don't have to delete it just because we disagree.

Compare the careers of Kenny Lofton and Lou Brock, then tell me that’s still your opinion.
Then, try it again with Jack Morris and Tim Hudson.
I understand your sentiment, but some players that aren’t in the hall are/were just better than some who have made it in.

How do you figure that? First off the 99s will come but back to your original statement. Even the greats might have been great enough for the wall but that doesn't mean all had that ability to be 99s across the board bro. IMO
