TA is already an insane grind in my opinion. Showdown is so bad that its unfortunate thats the only real way to complete all the divisions without grinding for weeks and weeks. They need to re-work it a bit. There's nothing fun about it
I completed all TA without doing a single showdown.
Just selected a whole team on that division. Then about 12 ranked and 10 CPU games later it’s done.
I get that but I'm not gonna sit there and play a million innings against the computer. That's not my idea of fun in any way. Honestly I'd rather play showdown lol.
Why not try March to October? A maxed out MTO run on Veteran gives you 62 TA points. If I’m not mistaken, every division has at least one team in the favorites category with a fairly stacked lineup/rotation. They’re not as time-consuming as you might think. I believe I even got the Astros done in one long grinding evening.

typically they dont, and trust me its been sad watching my innings per division go up for each and then resetting since im done with all divisions

I haven't dug too deep into TA, tbh, as far as proactively trying to unlock guys. What exactly does TA season 2 entail?

Yes.last year they were stages,this year calling them seasons.
As for what season 2 entails..
we dont know anything yet, but expect a similar set up to season 1. a new showdown for it hopefully new cq maps and probably 1 FB/L and 1 main reward per team. -
