3rd basemen? Or anyone else

Don’t know what to do here. I’ve been trying people and haven’t found anyone I can hit better with then George Brett. I’ve tried chipper, arenado, Jackie robinson, Alex bregman and Mike Schmidt.
I’ve got 720k in stubs and I’m happy with my team but always looking to improve. Here’s who I got
Griffey LF, Willie CF, Gwynn RF
Brett 3B, Lindor SS, Hornsby 2B, Finest Belli 1B
Cap at C
Bench
Big Frank, Eddie murray, Roberto Alomar, Jt Realmuto and Rickey Henderson.I’d love to get someone who mashes at 3rd base but I feel like I’ve tried a lot of top guys. Love to hear some input on who I should try next and even who I should put in a different spot. Tia

SS Donaldson has been a beast for me at third. His defense is stellar along with his bat. I’ve been alternating between him and Finest Arenado.

Have you considered moving Hornsby to third and trying out some new 2B? Finest Ketel or Alomar would add a great bat + switch-hitting.

I could do that, Alomar is on the bench right now anyways. I’ll give that a go and see what happens

I couldn’t hit anything with Brett, but chipper has been worth every stub. Arenado was great before getting chipper too.
If you hit better with Brett than any of the other top guys over a large sample size, then I don’t see a reason to change.

If you can find a catcher you can put up with, 3B CAP is a very underrated option. With he right equipment, my 3B CAP has 110 ConR/107 ConL/83 Pow R/85 PowL/ 108 Vision/90 Fielding, 90 Arm/ 92 Reaction/ 99 Speed and 97 Stealing.

I second Donaldson. He was my first high level 3rd baseman and became my second best hitter but then I decided to try other guys considered higher level even though he is 99 and in the end I found myself going back to Donaldson. His vision isn't as high as others but something about his swing is fluid for me. And he isn't too expensive.

Depending on the sample size you gave him, Bregman might be worth a second go. Took me a bit to get his swing down, but he's turned into my best hitter. He sucked for me the first 125 ABs or so.

Arenado hits tanks. He’s pretty cheap too. He’s slow, but who cares how fast his homerun trot is.
-
I've started to enjoy schmidt here and there I'll sub him in. he makes some unreal plays driving both ways. plus hes got a decent swing with some pop. arenado i think is better all around and way cheaper. mike might be worth a shot though
