    They eventually get back to you. Be patient

    For perspective, I had this happen with my Royals collection. Submitted a ticket on 4/23, heard back and got the reward plus 4 packs on 5/13

    They gave you 4 packs after hijacking your reward for almost a month? Thats pretty insulting. They should have refunded you the stubs cost for that collection and given you the reward. Or a 20 bundle at the least. 4 packs is like a king throwing a crumb of bread on the floor at the feet of the town jester as a tip for entertaining the crowd for a night l.

    I just got emailed back yesterday, I put in a ticket the 3rd day the game was out

    My guess is they’re doing the rounds; I never noticed anything wrong except the missing stats from the servers at the beginning; apparently I was missing bats because I went from 8 to 22 in a day and completed the collection. Maybe there’s other stuff I was missing that I got back, but nothing major that I reported. Didn’t notice if I had a boost in stubs or XP.

    Idk I sent multiple tickets for various issues over a month and just got everything made right Friday w an email saying so too
