Should I have 1 cg reward

I'm doing Baumgartner missions
Played games against cpu- mission 10 k with Baum.
- mission is 1 cg. Min 8 inn. With a starter witch is Baum.
Used Baumgartner struck out the ten and pitched 8 innings but it didn't give me cg.

Had to do the full 9 innings. The only way it can be 8 is if the CPU is home and winning. But your SP has to complete the game (the only one pitching)

There is an offline one. Maybe two different missions.

Think I ran into this a few years ago you could be right where I have to actually pitch all nine innings even though it says min 8 innings. Not sure why they would even put that on there. Just say a complete game and that's it. Could have finished easily

Yeah like I said, the only way you can get an 8 inning CG is if you’re the away team, the CPU is the home team. CPU is winning so they don’t get to bat the bottom of the ninth as the home team. Therefore, you pitched an 8inn CG

No worries buddy. Was a legit question.
The put down name calling are usually replies to this:
SDS fix your [censored] game!!! I pitched 8 innings and didn’t credit me for my CG. You guys are incompetent. Time to go to the BBB or file a class action lawsuit. I want a refund or 500,000 stubs.

I believe you could just play a complete conquest game with him and get it done that way.

That won’t work. Has to be at least 8 innings.
Also, reading these posts gives me flashbacks to the immortal grinds. This came up all the time along with how to get a save and why people didn’t get a double when they advanced on a throw home.

Pitch 9 Innings (Online only)
Get 10 Ks (Online OR Offline) -
Also, if you don't mind blowing up his ERA with the Silver MadBum rookie; you can play him.in the Event.
Just play him for 3 innings and then reset your lineup. Rinse and Repeat. You may even get some of the Ks.
And if you're lucky and cab pull off a Win with him, that's also 10pts towards his path. (Win an online game with a Giants SP)
