    I thought for sure I had done every daily moment. But apparently not. I’m at 22 after finishing Griffey’s on Father’s Day. I was actually doing this for the first time because I wanted the pocket watch icon. I guess I’ll have to try next month.
    Is today’s point total really 23?

    Yes. I have 23.

    Last month it went over by one, so you still have a chance if you don’t miss any more

    another pitching moment; they decided they had enough of this community complaining and the freeze off links being shared and they're taking their anger out on us lol!!

    Something I should noticed sooner was that daily moments are based on a sort of this day in history concept. Any day without historical significance and you get the CAP moments. It was either this or an XBH with Damon again

    Yes and no. One of the CAP days coincided with Jimmy Rollins becoming the Phillies all time hit leader and Duke Sniders 400th HR. Another one was a random Cardinals vs Cubs 3 inning game rather than a CAP moment. They pretty much pick and choose what they want to do from what I can tell, regardless of historical moments.

    The 3 inning games are on Sunday; I think it’s the Sunday night game but I’d have to check

    I guess that's not always the case either. An actual moment (and not some multiple inning/multiple at bat moment) from Griffey on this Sunday.

    Today will probably be a CAP day since we haven't had one in a little while and the lack of options from this day in baseball history. The best options I can see, are Allen Trammell hits a walk off grand slam in '88, and Stan Musial breaks the NL doubles record in '59.

    Edit: it also looks like Bob Gibson became the Cardinals all time leader in wins on this date in '72.

    Yes, leave it to SDS to make me look like an idiot and change their schedule right after my post… funny thing is I remember Griffey Sr. complaining about having to attend Jr’s games for a week after 499 until he hit 500 and being completely uninterested.

    This wasn't hard but you know, typical RNG results. Directional holding up left, Cruz is extreme pull hitter type.

    1st go;
    1st inning Curve ball just low of middle, good timing, ground out to SS.
    3rd inning Change up middle high, good contact, pop up to 2B out.
    6th inning FB middle high, perfect timing, ground ball right side single
    8th inning FB middle center but in just a bit, good timing middle of outfield flyball out

    2nd go;
    1st inning low fastball middle, perfect timing, ground out to 1st
    4th inning curveball meatball dead center, perfect timing, hard liner to SS, out
    7th inning FB low inside, early, Homer opposite field

    I have given up trying to make sense of the feedback vs what happens. It's just all jumbled up.

    Shhhhhh!
    First few times I was screaming 'THROW SKRIKES BERT!' Yes I spelled that ryght.
    I thought the Moment said we couldn't strike out?
    I had a dropped 3rd strike, and one where a different pitcher came in, the immortal Bailey Ober. I was like 'I didn't call an Uber, wth? 😁
    Finally got a Perfect Perfect.
    24 points.

    Does anyone know how many points we should have at this point? If they did the daily moments every day.
    Thanks

    This day in history:
    Stan Musial becomes MLB all time total base leader.
    John Franco becomes all time saves leader by a LHP.
    Honus Wagner gets his 2000th hit

    Also on this day in history, Seattle Mariners Joe Random recorded a single and double against the Chicago White Sox. It was historic.

    I've done the same except unfortunately not in the same attempt so far.

    I love RTTS, but if you’re not interested just sim through to progress the player a bit. You won’t get the XP but it’s quicker than grinding out the games. Shouldn’t take much progressing to make him good enough to hit on rookie or veteran for the moments.
