New update is terrible

Literally nothing needed fixing. SDS always does this, they’ll fix something that wasn’t broken. It’s y’alls fault for complaining too much.
Showdown is also impossible now. No clue what y’all do with those sliders but it is not veteran difficulty

Exactly the only thing they should have buffed is pitching instead of nerfing hitting. They always do things like this. has to changed back right away.

Hitting was WAY too easy before... This is a welcome change whether you like it or not.

While I agree things that were "fixed" that were not broken there are indeed bugs that need attention soon. Stats not working in missions and now I've discovered that stat missions are not being given credit in team affinity missions. Why play without getting credit? I'm close to shelving and playing something else ad the silence on this major issue is strange and made stranger by fixing issues that are technically not bugs.

I was having fun pre patch...now pitching still feel random and we are back to close 3-4 run games where its HR or nothing...now i hv no idea what can happen but we back to low scoring games and yet fielding and pitching accurancy is still random! I get everything but why touch the only thing that was working

I don't mean come on the forums and answer every question but look at the patch notes. They are woefully terse. They also don't acknowledge that they are aware of certain bugs and are working on a fix.
Would it be too hard to put out something along the lines of "We are aware of this bug and are working to identify and fix the issue as soon as possible".

No dealing with stat bugs, no mention of them either but wait let us fix something that makes the game apparently less enjoyable to many.....every year I get sucked into this game but if the stats for team affinity missions are not addressed and soon they will have gotten my last $100. -

They actually did tweet a few days ago that they had fixed the stats not counting but either they lied or it didn’t work

SDS can't really think that hitting was easy for the majority of players, can they? I haven't played since 16 and my hitting skills top out at all-star. I did the Baez challenge, and I'm in the top 10%. Does that mean that 80-90% of players are on rookie/veteran level? Can't say with certainty. However, I do know pitching has been wildly inconsistent & needs some tweaking. I guess they want to focus on the whales now that the game has been fully released and they duped all the plebs into buying it. Now I know why I've skipped the past few years.

Yikes this does not sound good at all. I'll find out this evening when I play but from the sounds of this I'm worried.

It wasn’t easy, the pitching is too random. Fix pitch accuracy on good feedback and there will be less hangers and it would of made hitting harder
