I have to agree hitting seems to of been adjusted. Played several RS games this afternoon not being rewarded anymore.

I get these too. Usually around the 800 mark. Guess my vision deteriorates from 700 to 800. lol. I think most of these are connection issues. For some reason, SDS does not believe in ping indicators like the rest of the gaming industry. Of course there are pitchers that are hard to pick up for certain reasons but I faced Kopech yesterday who is not real good and the fastballs were in the glove before I could react.

So Im a bad player yet I'm 5-0 currently. First loss I get, I am going to complain about not being able to hit/pitch. Stay tuned

I know this is a video game but that does happen in real baseball.

Say what you want but they’ve changed some things offline too. CPU pitchers are throwing different than they were. Way more pitches now out of the zone. I’m also seeing way more CPU games with wind blowing in harder. That nerfs the heck out of hitting too.

I think it’s also possible that more and more of your opponents are perfecting the pinpoint pitching system. This could be the year of the dotting pitchers.

It just seems odd that this seems to be a pattern all the time.you need to find a good slump buster. you'll be back to yourself in no time.

I couldn’t hit for the life of me today. I went 2.5 games with 1 run.
I changed to Strike Zone 2 and then got 6 runs in 3 innings and lost 8-6
Then won the next game 9-7
Meh. It’s a hard game to be on point at all the time. Sometimes your brain is tired. I’m much worse at the game post 9/10pm

Usually when i cant see the ball very well, I stop swinging till 2 strikes and just watch the pitchs it helps

100% agree. You pretty much have to auto swing right now and get lucky. I see this in the people I’m playing also. Pitch speeds are completely different online. I used to have pretty good eye and know balls and strikes. Now if I want to hit a fastball I have to swing right when it comes out of the pitchers hand. Which results in me swinging at [censored] I never swung at for the past 6 years playing this game.

They definitely did something, maybe not with hitting, but server based issues. I hear a lot of top players saying there’s lag now, and guys having trouble with timing windows.

I think they may have done something to my bike. It was smooth as butter and silent before the update. Now, it's just kind of smooth, and I hear a slight clicking sound when I'm not pedaling. Thanks for ruining an amazing bike, SDS. Uninstalling.

Your a special kind of stupid if you believe what they say they did in their updates. I'm sure the creators would come out and say update we are fixing the batting issues that is non existence and working well for the community to where now 53 overall pitcher will pitch like he's a 99 and if your lucky to make contact, we'll we will make sure it's a grounder or better yet a fly out to the same spot and distance 90 percent of the time like a broken record or right to the outfielder and doesn't have to move and since we on a roll here let's throw a little salt on the wound and make your Lofton with 99 speed hit a chopper and get thrown out 5ft away from making it safe and then make sure the next inning your opponent does the exact identical hit you just did and make you think yup he's gonna be out no way he will make it with 70 speed and my Lofton couldn't with 99 only to see yup I was wrong. Nothing surprises me in this game no more you can clearly see the script rolling out right in front of you. Gotta love it when you dominate 6 to 7 innings especially when your piching 7th inning 2 outs and 1 to go and you IF creates a error either dropping the ball or the classic nice regular throw to 1st base only to see by the time the camera moves to to the right and you get the 1st glimpse of your 1st baseman extending either way right or left and your like no [censored] way did that throw pull him way left or right off the base creating a hit for the opponent when it should have been a easy out but yea your wrong again and if your not a idiot like some in this thread, it should trigger the light blub above your head to know the script or handicap as some would say has kicked in and you are now gonna lose the game especially if your up a run or 2 you can most definitely kiss it good bye.
