Collections Can't be completed BUG

    So the main issue is not affecting me but a friend.
    His ID is: Josue_PR_33
    He has completed Marlins collection and Giants collection which would give him Dee Gordon and Hunter Strickland.
    For some reason, he don't have neither of these players.
    Also, he has tried to collect "new" roster cards to see if something happens and he gets the following message "Cannot advance a complete collection."
    Please see pictures attached.

    I believe this is a huge issue. Because he is afraid to continue collecting other teams for obvious reasons.
    He is so frustrated.
    He also contacted SDS via email on 4/27/2021 using the following email: theshow@sonysandiegostudio.games.
    He got answered with:
    "Your bug has been received... We will contact you...."
    He has not been contacted back with information.

    To validate his MLB affair, he has completed the following things:

    • ALL Conquest Maps. Yes, including Nation of Baseball Challenge AKA The Big One.

    • He has completed all rewards in Miguel Cabrera's Event

    • He has 100% in ALL Team Affinity programs.

    • He is sitting right now at 22-3 in Ranked Seasons.

    Please, I have seen other players with this issue on Twitter.
    Is there a possibility this can get fixed? Is there a chance this issue is being addressed?

    All I know is I had a few issues like this year's ago. They fixed everything but it took a week or two. Maybe he should send another email to SDS. I don't think they will reply to you on this forum

    It's possible the players failed their physical.
