Now I understand why people use XP glitches

Just played a BR game thing to get some Daily Missions done.
Went in at 127K and change in XP.
End game screen stated I earned 3,345 in XP.
My new total for the 2nd Inning is now 128K and change.
How can the system correctly calculate and add XP from Missions and Programs; but not from what you earn for just playing the game?

It can take a few mins for the server to register the xp wait 5 mins reload game
