Market Pricing Question
-
I’m a little confused on why certain players cost so much on the market. For example, Sam Hentges costs 2,500 stubs on the marketplace but isn’t even a bronze card. What makes him so expensive? I’ve noticed some cards like that on several teams.

Supply and demand, some cards are new additions to the game and because people haven’t got them from packs yet, their price will be inflated until people start pulling more of him and the price goes down to normal.
-
Ah, I just found it odd that of the last 50 of him sold today they were all going for almost exactly 2,500 stubs and wondered if there was some special collection or exchange for these players.

Yea I think 2500 is the max price for bronze cards and with so few selling, the buy orders just drove all the way up to the max. It should be back to normal in a week or so
-
Yes there are several right now like him. I finished my NL collection this weekend. And had to wait at least a day for my buy orders to fill on about 3-4 cards like that. 2500 is the max price so you just have to post the buy order and get in line. Everyone like me trying to complete a collection will gladly pay 2500 just because they need it and don't want to wait.
