sure looks that way. worked saturday morning for a few hours, then there was a server issue, then poof it was gone.
i truly believe during server issues they sneak things in. when their down they make little changes.

Gameplay sure feels like it changes from time-to-time following server issues. Not trying to blame SDS, just an observation.
