Day 10 and No Response

Day 10 since I have submitted a ticket with no response. I want the 60k stubs back from the space 2 packs I bought. The cards in those packs are still missing from my inventory. And NO the bundle you gave to everyone does not address our problems and is not an answer. Its lazy and pathetic. The thing is..... I want to spend more money on this game. I like this game. My ticket for missing TA Program rewards has been opened since April 23rd. No resolution as of yet. In the last stream SDS made it clear that server issues were their #1 priority and they were behind in other areas. That is them telling us to be patient.

Same here... 8 days after submitting my ticket after Trout disappeared from my inventory. No reply yet
