Need suggestions for a catcher...

Piazza is hit or miss for me too. His swing is better this year but I still can’t get him to hit to his card stats. He’s just a power flyout guy.
Put the same pci location and timing on a pitch with another card and it’s a double to the gap or over the wall. Piazza card is weird.
The topps now mercedes card rakes. And that smith shout out above is spot on.
Want to try realmuto too, need to go to practice mode and test out his swing.

Forgot about Mercedes, very good balanced option too

42 Salvy is the only answer.
-
TA Salvador Perez. He isn’t a 5 tool player at all though. I think the only one of those would be live series Realmuto. Perez is slow AF and his arm and defense are just mediocre. Adequate at best. Still a very good card , and easy to attain.

Realmuto is insane
-
Ya would agree with most here, I use perez and have Mercedes as my backup. I rake with both
-
Jorge Posada is the best available right now.
-
Posada is the answer...He plays way above his attributes. I am hitting.315 with 25 dingers & this is mostly on HOF difficulty in h2h...His defense has never cost me and he throws out the Loftons of the world regularly.
-
JT all day, every day, and twice on sundays. He’s as close to 5 tool as you’re gonna get for a catcher.
-
Prospect Bo Naylor
-
Realmuto is sneaky good, his price seems to be steadily rising as well as a result
-
Salvy and JT
-
If you can afford the collection,Posada is hands down the best catcher right now
-
Piazza and Jorge are monsters at hitting the low ball. Salvador Perez got the best pop off the bat. Realmuto seems to be the best balance of hitting and throwing out runners.
-
Ballplayer. Oh wait.......
-
Perez 88 has been solid for me. Used my TA vouchers to snag him and Anderson at SS.
