Ever thought they want it to run worse on a Microsoft product. Just saying its possible. I mean apple was fined 25M Euro's for slowing down their OS on older products trying to get people to make the switch.

    Valid

That's a ridiculous notion. You're talking video games vs apple devices. Apples to oranges, almost literally.

I am experiencing this framerate lag too. It's probably not an easy fix, but it definitely needs to be dealt with. Never had it online until last night, but it definitely affected my ability to compete. It was at Shippett too, so it wasn't a custom field.

I switched to a curved 35in benq gaming monitor and will never ever play on TV again. And did I actually read that fifa 21 and nba 2k is a smooth gameplay wtfffff lol yea right that's a good one man, nba feels like your ice skating on the court, it's so smooth running side to side and then pressing stick back just before you get to 3pt line knowing the opponent is gonna do that to hit a three but your guy keeps running and by the time 2k let's you stop your under the rim just in time to turn around and see the swish that's how smooth it is lol. I'm buy it one more time only cuz I switched from my ps4 to Xbox next Gen cause ps4 caps my upload speed to 2.0 sometimes 3 but I get my full 50mbps up on Xbox so hopefully that will help so sony can suck it bunch of crooks and they have the audacity to tell me it's my internet provider even though I tell them that's bs cuz I get my full speeds on everything but ps4 as if my internet provider is intentionally giving me my speeds but makes sure it don't wit sony lol, Walt Disney couldn't create the fairy tales that comes out of playstations customer service employees, they the type that [censored] on your back and call it rain smh. I spend way over 10k a year on games and add ons and ps4 ain't getting a dime no more from me. Buy American is the lesson here we all know how the opposite gets down with there trash

You are playing on a last-generation console, and this game was designed primarily for next-gen consoles.

    No it wasn't

From my experience: When games and consoles are transitioning to a new generation, there will be games that are sold for the new generation along with versions for the previous generation. Since those games are primarily designed for the next generation, the previous-gen games do not have the same quality (graphics, fps, certain new features, etc.) because previous-generation consoles are not able to perform as well overall compared to the new generation.

    Does this help your understanding?

No it wasn't, it was designed with the last gen graphics engine. So it should works as well as always on base PS4s, the console it has been running exclusively for years with the same engine.

Yeah gonna have to disagree as well. There’s no way that a console that’s been running games at 60fps for the last 6 years somehow seemingly doesn’t have the hardware to run a game now that should in theory have the same fluidity as every other sports game. While I accept the presentation or whatever bonus attributes or items may exist on next gen and not on current. There’s absolutely no reason the game should drop to 15 FPS… if it wasn’t optimized for current gen then why even make the option to purchase available? Seems like a ripoff to sell something you know isn’t going to work as well. Unless of course it was a poorly optimized port for current gen and if that’s the case it’s something that could and should definitely be fixed considering like 80 percent of people that play video games still have current gen 🤷🏽‍♂️

They should just give us an option to have no fans so the frame rate isn’t affected by that
