Worst ways to lose Moments?

So far I’ve lost two “Get X amount of hits” moments when I’ve been hit by a pitch.

This morning I also lost a Ten K’s moment with 9 K’s when the right fielder dropped a routine fly ball and a dude from 1st base scored.

That one was almost a throw the controller moment.
