Login Failed cannot connect to servers

I am not sure why but I cannot connect to The Show's servers for 20 on my home wifi network but I can still connect to the 19 servers. I am able to hot spot through my phone and connect to the 20 servers. I am not sure what would be causing the issue. I have tried messing with the ports, put my router in bridge mode, but nothing is working.

Are you able to connect to other PSN online services through your home wifi network?
Have you tried putting your PS4 in the DMZ on your router?
Have you tried wiring your PS4 directly to your router instead of wifi?

My home wifi network works for everything else on PSN that I have tried. Multiple other online games including the show 19, PSN services, Netflix/hulu/amazon. I have tried hard wiring but not the DMZ. I did try bridge mode on my router so it is directly connected to the internet which I don't think would be much different from the DMZ if I understand that correctly.

It really sounds like you are banned from the '20 servers then. Have you emailed SDS support about it?

There is no way I am banned because I can use it on my phones wifi. Unless the ban IP addresses, then maybe someone in my apartment building got the IP banned?

Could be, if you can connect to '19 and not '20, I say email SDS support with that info.

I have but understandably they say expect a response in 5 days.

Still having trouble connecting to the 20 servers but not the 19 servers. Really curious what could be different and what I can do to fix it. @SDS_Jax @Collin_SDS @Victor_SDS

Have you been able to figure anything out? Same boat, I can do phone HotSpot but not my home internet (WiFi or LAN). Though using my home internet I’m fully able to play all other PS4 games online.
