When Do Monthly Awards Come Out?

I was watching some youtube videos and heard someone said they would come out at 12 today but they currently are not in the game. Does anyone know when they are going to release the monthly program?

Should be 12:00 Pacific, 3:00 Eastern. It's only 11:30 Pacific so my guess is in 30 minutes or so.
