I am a lawyer, albeit in Australia, and there could be a case for a civil suit under certain consumer protection statues in USA Civil Court. Next time, don't comment on something you know little about.

what CdprojektRed did with Cyberpunk is way more dishonest and they genuinely false advertised. CDPR literally flat out lied to their consumers and hid their games performance on old gen. They admitted that they weren't truthful and the two lawsuits that they are facing probably aren't going to net much. Point im making here is even if somehow a class action suit against SDS comes together somehow, its probably unlikely that anything substantial would come from it.
