My game keeps on crashing sad I bought it

Hi ,

I bought this game and everything was good until the update. But every time I finished a game the game close. I tried reinstalling it and à all bunch of things and it’s still crashing I would like to know what I have to do to fixed that. If there’s nothing to do I guess I’ll tell visa to get me a refund for not having the service I paid for.
