Unable to play online

I've yet to be able to play ranked seasons, events, BR, online with friends. But can still do play vs cpu, conquest, moments, etc. I know my internet runs slow 5-6 mbps normally but I've never had any other problems with online games until now. Any idea if there is a minimum internet speed to play show 21 online? I didnt have this problem in show 20.

I hooked up my ps4 into my work from home internet which is something I can't continue to do but it worked fine when I connected it to that.
