IS Anyone Stats Disappearing during the game or after Post Game

Is anyone else’s stats of their batters or pitchers getting zeroed out during the game or after the Post Game in Franchise?! I am playing on the Xbox One S. It’s happening to me a lot as I have played 5 games and a lot of my hitters and pitchers are showing no at bats when they have easily hit 2 HRS in a game or pitchers throwing a great game but having 0 innings pitched at the end of the game even though they just pitched 8 strong innings with 12Ks. Any suggestions? Am I the only person this is happening to?
