Ballplayer defense

My ballplayer shows he is a primary 3B but he misses every single ball at third. Ive tried putting him in the outfield and he misses ground balls there too. Is this a bug or am i doing something wrong?

Same I can’t turn a double play with my second baseman.

This happened to me with putting my guy at catcher (as a secondary position). He couldn’t catch fastballs or nothing. Everything was a passed ball.
