Worst slump you gone in rtts

8 games. 30 AB . 1 hit. 3 rbi. 12K. 2 GIDP. With 57 58 contact R and L respectively and 45 power both. Im not expecting to hit home runs all the time but jesus iv got 4 fly balls which didnt leave the infield and the rest of my contacts have been weak ground balls no matter where pci or timing is or if i use normal,contact, or power swing. I use the same guy online and im hitting almost .400 why cant i get the ball in the air

That would be the good old forced batting slump...been in the game for years in rtts. Lucky you it's only 8 games....I had one go 3 months once....went from being a .400 hitter for the first half of the year to over night not being able to hit my way out of a wet paper bag for the rest of the year no matter how good my input was. They don't appear to be as bad as that one (which was in mlb the show19), anymore but I've had one go 20 games this year. But usually they go for 7-14 games in my experience
