Has anyone had issues with equipment glitching when you enter load out screen? Like I have it set up one way then when I enter load out it rearranges his equipment and I find myself having to edit his appearance everytime I enter the load out before I leave

Yup. Submitted a bug report shortly after release. Was supposed to be fixed in this patch but didn't work.
