PLEASE HELP event games not counting

I have had 6 event games not count towards the rewards when I win please fix this and correct my reward progress.

Yep. I just won an events game and it didn't count to my cumulative wins. Still at 20 after the W.

I had the exact same problem yesterday. My event rankings has me with 23 wins but the events program only shows 18 wins. I stopped playing because it became a waste of time. I should have John Smoltz and probably Miggy by now but I quit. Take pictures and send in a bug report but I doubt they will do anything. There are too many problems with this year's game.
