USA Conquest Map Bug

Seattle continues to get reinforcements even after losing their stronghold. Twice now I've done the map and realize they have been getting reinforcements when they shouldn't. No other team has this issue that I see. So, after conquering the stronghold, you will want to remove the other Seattle territories so they don't build up again.
